Share:

Client:

Egyptian Government – New Administrative Capital Urban Development Authority

Location:

Government District, New Administrative Capital (NAC), Egypt

Project Scope:

Design, manufacturing, and installation of high-security anti-climb fencing with integrated aesthetic features for critical government facilities.

Challenge:

Egypt’s New Administrative Capital (NAC) required a high-security perimeter solution for its government district, which houses presidential offices, ministries, and foreign embassies. Key challenges included:

Preventing unauthorized intrusions while maintaining an open, modern aesthetic.

Resisting extreme weather conditions (high winds, sandstorms, and temperature fluctuations).

Complying with international security standards for government installations.

Ensuring rapid deployment without compromising structural integrity.

Solution

A custom-engineered anti-climb fencing system was deployed, featuring:

1. High-Security Steel Mesh Panels

2. 3D anti-climb design with curved tops and smooth surfaces to deter scaling.

3. Galvanized & powder-coated for corrosion resistance in desert climates.

4. Aesthetic Integration

5. Landscape-friendly design allowing partial visibility while maintaining security.

Technology & Compliance

Tested to PAS 68 (UK crash resistance standards) for vehicle impact resistance.

ISO 1461 (Hot-dip galvanizing) & ISO 12944 (Corrosion protection) for durability.

Custom height options (2.5m–4.5m) based on threat level assessments.

Results

Zero breach incidents reported post-installation.

Seamless integration with NAC’s architectural vision, balancing security and aesthetics.

Reduced maintenance costs due to weather-resistant materials.
