Steel Framework
(1).Material: steel material Q345, thickness: 3.5mm,for top beam frame. Base beam frame and column.
(2).Surface working: epoxy painting,two bottom and two surface.
(3).Fittings: 8 standard container corner mould fittings PVC standard rainwater pipe
(4).Forklift openings: size 100*250mm, distance is 1200mm
Floor
(1). External wainscot: Flat galvanized color steel sheet, 0.5mm thickness
(2). Floor structure: Girder made of 3.5mm steel. The purlin is C section steel. dimension 60x40x1.5mm.
(3). Heat proof Insulation layer:
(a). 75mm rock wool
(b). 18mm bamboo plywood
(c). 2.0mm PVC floor leather for living rooms floor;
Installation Procedure
Only 3 people for 10 mins can complete a house.
1. Lift the main frame;
2. Place support rods in the middle of the Container house;
3. Push one wall apart and fix it with the fastening screws;
4. Push the other wall with the door open and tighten the screws.
